The Pastry Chef

Hello! My name is Jessica, and it is my absolute pleasure to share my passion with you. Born and raised on Long Island, I decided to come to the North Fork to expand my horizons. I started off as a pastry chef at an Italian restaurant in Southold and decided the North Fork community will be my forever home. As my career started to take shape, I gained experience as a trained cook, but always found that baking was my focus. However, there will always be a touch of savory in everything I do.
